Spacious North Wales Home with Hot Tub

The living areas consists of a lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility room. Appliances include a spacious fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and Gaggia coffee machine. In the lounge there is a smart 4K TV with SKY TV, including Sky Sports and Sky Movies, Sky Kids, Netflix and Spotify. There is fast WI-FI throughout the property. The accommodation includes master bedroom en-suite (shower), 2 further double bedrooms and a bedroom with single bunk beds all with silent night pillow top mattresses. The family bathroom had a bath/ shower. All bedrooms have wireless device charging facilities. From the dining room there are French Doors leading out to the decking, where there is lounging patio furniture set and a hot tub covered with a canopy. The rear garden is enclosed with lawn and planted borders and further patio furniture. Towels and 200 count cotton bed linen are included. Please note that it is a smoke free home. Some pets are allowed on request (although there may be an extra cleaning charge ). No stag or hen parties are permitted. There is a pub and grocery shop & post office 350 yards (0.2 miles) away. There is a bakery and supermarket 0.4 miles away. The beach is 350 yards away, with cycling tracks along the promenade / sea defences. There is an indoor bowling centre, children’s play area and restaurant and bar with outdoor terrace 200 yards away. It is not permitted to use the hot tub between the hours of 8pm and 7am.

Spa Rules. Please shower before entering the spa. No food or drink in the spa. Please use caution in the spa area as the floor can be slippery when wet. Children must be supervised at all times. The Eufy CCTV monitors outside the property 24/7 and must not be unplugged. This is for the safety and security of the guests and the property. (Note the hot tub is obscured from view of any recordings). Please recycle. There are recycle bins provided in the house, which must be transferred to outside Troliboc (stacker boxes). This must be put kerbside on each Wednesday for Thursday collection if house is occupied.

The house is located on a quiet road located just a short walk to Ffrith beach which is set in 25 acres of beautiful North Wales coastline. The property is easily accessible by car, bus or train, with Prestatyn station being located 1 mile away. The beautiful North Wales towns of Conway and Llandudno are easily accessible by car or train and only a few minutes away with castles, marinas, restaurants and upmarket cafes. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing family break or walking the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park…….this is a great location for you to relax and unwind and enjoy our new 5 person hot tub complete with 89 massaging jets! The hot tub is not available for use between the hours of 8pm - 7am daily.
